At Joyfully Weary you can find the hat instructions. At Seussville. com I came across the idea of pin the green egg on a plate game I decided to make my own game.
When my son got home we played our game. He thought it was fun to spin in a circle. Even more fun to make mommy spin in a circle.
He loves birthday parties. So he was happy to have an excuse to celebrate.
Alright finally lets make sweet treats!
We had fun today. My youngest was with us the whole time but we didn't get any pics of him. He did spin a little with us, sat while we read, and tried the hat on. No he didn't get a cookie but there is time for that later.
Look forward to next year!
Even though we did this for Dr Seuss's bday you can do these fun activities anytime when reading these books.
Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back.
All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!
