Great idea came from http://www.imperfecthomemaking.com/2011/05/super-simple-homemade-air-freshener.html?showComment=1336757684584#c2525424946505888244.  She did hers a different way from me and love her idea of using a mason jar.  I didn't have a small mason jar so I came up with something similar.  I did follow her recipe for the mix to put in the jar.

What you need: jar, baking soda, essential oils, tissue paper, & yarn.  If u have mason jars like the blog above put hole in the lid.

What I did:  I took a saved baby food jar and added baking soda 1/4 way full and then add 8 drops of essential oils(I like the orange).  I then cut a pc of tissue paper out and tied yarn around the jar and put a slit in the tissue paper.  You could use just about any jar use save and try it this way.  I love when I  can save money on crafts and diy projects.  So reusing a jar sounds great to me!

I put this in our small 1/2 bathroom(if you are putting one in a big room you may want to try a bigger jar and more oil?).  I have been a bit congested, so yesterday I kept checking to see if I noticed it smelling good when I went in there.  I couldn't really say I did but today when I went in there I could smell oranges:-)  I also love the toilet paper roll with essential oils for the bathroom!!  If you try this and come up with something different or it works for you please let me know.  I would love to hear from you.

Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back:-)
