Excited to be taking part in this years Gift Guides for Kids headed up by What We Do All Day. Head over to the landing page above to see ALL the gift guides from today.  You do not want to miss them!

My kids this year are really into the magnetic blocks.  My oldest (6yr) has been asking for them for a few years.  I was not sure I wanted to make the investment into a set of magnetic blocks.  Since he continued to ask for them year and after year, I finally decided to purchase a set.  We had a lot of fun Create Fun Faces with Magna-Tiles. My 6yr and 3yr played with these new magnetic blocks every morning nad evening for weeks without stop.  They are still playing with them almost daily(except for our busy days and we are not at home much).  I am very pleased with the quality of the Magna-Tiles.  I am also happy with my investment in them.  The kids are playing and learning a lot with them.  I also see them enjoying them for years to come.  Baby brother 2yr also likes them but as he gets older I know he will also get a chance to play with them more.  I only wish now I had bought them sooner.

Magnetic Blocks Gift Guide

I stated this in a previous post.

Building with blocks is great for:

problem solving

creative thinking

and improving motor skills.

They can also be used for color sorting, counting, subtracting, and stacking.
