Paper Sensory Box

I haven't seen this done before, not to say someone some where hasn't had the same idea before.  My son during our scissor skills easter cross craft had decided to take the left over cut up paper and bulldoze it with his truck we got that morning at the dollar tree.

This is big brother that day we did the craft playing with his paper.  Well it went from this to a "paper box" created by my son.  He decided that he wanted to make a box of cut up paper to play in, similar to his rock box  we made last year.

What you need:  a Rubbermaid, cut up paper, and construction truck or 2!

What to do:  put cut up paper in box and then start playing!

My son has played with this everyday this week !  I love it because it is quieter than his rock box and its not as scary thinking of his younger brother eating a dropped piece of paper as it is a dropped rock.

I am a proud mommy of his creativity in creating his own play box!

Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back.

All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!

  1. What a great idea. My son also loves paper. I love all the colours you offered. Thanks for sharing with the Kids Weekly Coop.
