The letter P sheet I hung up for them to see over the next month.
My toddler had a lot of fun coloring like big brother.
My preschooler loved using a marker to color his sheet.
My son had so much fun with his apple scissors skills craft that I wanted to create a pumpkin one for him. I had my husband trace out a pumpkin for me on white paper for us to use for the scissor skills craft. I then got out a piece of orange construction paper, glue, and scissors.
My son loved that he had a new scissors skill to work on. He was more than ready to cut up some paper.
When the paper was cut up he was able to put glue all over the pumpkin. Another fun step for him. He then added the cut up paper to the glue. Last we just had to let it dry. I have a feeling he is going to want a scissor skill for the next few holidays coming up too.
I love finding ways to help my boys learn and have some fun with them too. Learning new letters has become just that. We will look forward to next month to start a new one. I hope you and your kids can have some learning fun too.

Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back.
All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!

Love this BTW!

ReplyDeleteHow fun! My kids are sooo ready to get their little hands on some scissors. I think we'll be tearing paper for a little while yet, but they could still totally do this! Thanks for linking up to Discover & Explore this week!
