Teacher Appreciation Week is this week! I needed a quick and easy gift idea to make for 4 teachers(this includes teachers aides) for my kids. We headed out to the dollar tree to look for gift inspiration. We came home with coffee mugs and candy and I set out to make them as cute as possible. We ended up with You Are A Berry Special Teacher Mug gifts. I just love how simple yet cute they turned out.
What we used:
green coffee mugs/cups
strawberry hard candy
hot glue
and the labels I made
What we did:
Fill the cup with candies. My kids helped with this. Of course we had to taste a few pieces of candy out of the bags to make sure it was safe,lol.
I had already printed out 4 labels. I cut those out. I used my hot glue gun to glue them on the coffee cup. The labels should peel off easy so the teachers can use them.
I often say Simple is not Boring. This simple gift is a perfect Teacher Appreciation gift. Something they can use and enjoy.
