Do you have birthday traditions with your kids?  We started a  birthday bath tradition with big brother last year.  So when his birthday came back around, it was time for a new birthday bath!  Last year we did a simple and fun Birthday Bath.  He and little brother both really enjoy this birthday bath activity.  I had no clue what we would do but I started thinking quick and ended up with the Glow Sticks and Balloons Birthday Bath.  This one was a big hit too with my kids. I always put off glowing baths because our bathroom is so bright. So glad that even though our bathroom is never dark enough for the glowing bath fun, that the kids enjoyed it anyways.  Now I better start thinking about next year so I can have a plan for a new birthday bath.

What we used:

glow stick bracelets

balloons

bubbles

What I did:

I filled the tub with water and added lavender bubble bath.  I snapped, or activated, all the glow sticks then dropped them in the tub.  I blew up a few balloons and dropped them in too.

Now it was time for the kids to get in the tub.  They both could not wait to play with the glow sticks and water.  I am so glad big brother enjoyed his birthday bath.

All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!
