We love fingerprint art. So once we start with one project we often do several at once. The kids love to keep pressing their finger to the paper. They often end up at the table finger painting when we work on fingerprint art projects. We already did the Crab Family and Coconut Tree and today we share our Fingerprint Fish.
What we used:
paints from craftprojectideas.com ~thanks for the free goodies!
sharpies
white paper
What we did:
Made a lot of orange fingerprints on the white paper and then left them to dry. It was actually a few weeks before I came back to finished this project, lol. Never enough time. I used the sharpies to add fins and bubbles to make it look like fish. The kids got really excited to see their fingerprints turned into fish!

All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!
